EGSA meeting notes

MEETING

Based on what we talked on the May 26th meeting with Mike Isaacson, we prepared a budget 
estimative for 2004/2005. Javier took notes, and he will type it and send to Council.

Next we discussed EGSA Constitution. We looked at the sample constitution provided by SOAR and 
at GSA constitution (online at their webpage). Then we drafted our constitution, which Javier 
(who typed it) will send to the council later.

Since we have been meeting for two hours, we agreed to postpone EGSA bylaws definition to next 
meeting (TBD).
