EGSA meeting notes

Meeting Attendees: Javier, Renato, Nacho, Sina and Cintia.

1) Bylaws 

MEETING

We discussed EGSA Bylaws. We looked at the GSA bylaws (online at their webpage). Then we drafted 
bylaws, which Cintia will type and email to the council later. 

Javier emailed EGSA constitution to Cintia. He also said he will type the budget and email it to Cintia.

Cintia will send the constitution an the bylaws to council through email. Through email, the council 
will discuss and approve the constitution an the bylaws. Then, they will be posted on the webpage, and 
an email sent to grads_news will request the approval of SoE Grad students.
