Meeting Attendees: Mike Isaacson, Javier and Cintia.

MEETING

Javier presented our proposed budget to Mike Isaacson. He said he would present it in a coming
School meeting. We discussed the proposed activities, their cost and how they would benefit SoE
Grad Students. We should plan on having 3 picnic/barbecue per year, instead of one (as planned on
the budget).

Mike asked about EGSA constitution and bylaws. Cintia will send an electronic version to him.

EGSA has to decide a place/time for the Grad Students weekly gathering.
